TERM 2 IS HERE ALREADY

Welcome to Term Two

We have many exciting events and learning to look forward to. Book Week is always a favourite, Cross Country and a Museum trip just to name a few.

In class we are learning about Ancient Civilisations; Egypt, Greece and Rome in particular, we are writing instructions, and we will be creating original cardboard blocks for printmaking.

Middle Syndicate End Of Term Certificates

Last Friday the Middle Sydicate celebrated the successes of children from Room 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10. 
6 Certificates were given out to each class.  These included: FACING A CHALLENGE, MANNERS AND RESPECT, ATTITUDE AND EFFORT, EXCELLENCE, MANAGING SELF AND RELATING TO OTHERS.

'HIWI THE KIWI'
Wow what an absolutely amazing show.  We participated in singing and dancing and we learnt some very important messages about fishing for the future and boat safety.  Oh and of course we learnt about 'STYLE'

MIDDLE SYNDICATE SWIMMING AFTERNOON

On the 21st of Feb the Middle Syndicate had our swimming afternoon.  It was a chance for the children to show friends and family their swimming skills.  It was a great afternoon and the children had a wonderful time.

MIDDLE SYNDICATE FUN DAY

On the 19th Feb the Middle Syndicate were involved in an amazing fun day.  The children got to meet up with new/old friends, bond with others and be involved in a variety of fun activities.  Some of the activities were wheels fun, obstacles courses, water slide, wet sponge throw, hall fun and good old three legged races and egg and spoon races.  The children were very well behaved and it was a successful day.
